Lights of Joy Christmas Drive-Thru is the recent rebranding of Branson's Gift of Lights, a paid Christmas light drive-thru display targeted at Branson, Missouri tourists during November through December each year.
I love the Christmas season and was inspired by vintage holiday illustrations that give a sense of nostalgia for a simpler time. With Branson being a destination visited most by the older generation or families with children, I wanted to mimic the feeling of excitement in participating in family traditions and a nod to memories of vacations as children in the family station wagon.
The rebrand, along with a new name, included logo design and color scheme, digital and vinyl billboards, posters, signs, rack card brochures, as well as printed area maps and coupon tear-off pads that were distributed around local businesses for tourists to take advantage of.
